The R550 pedal features a lightweight composite body with an extra large platform to achieve the maximum efficient transfer of power. With a stainless steel body plate to reduce flex and body wear, this pedal is built to last. The extra large cleat target allows for easier engagement, making this pedal perfect for someone new to this style of pedal. Includes pedals, cleats, mounting hardware and installation instructions. It is always recommended that the threads of the spindle be greased before installation
