Everything You Need, Right Up Front

The B205D's super-smart front panel design gives you three separate inputs. Channels 1 and 2 accept XLR microphones, or line-level inputs. Press the Instrument button, and Channel 1 is ready to accomodate Hi-Z signals, so you can plug in your guitar or bass without needing a separate DI box. Hit the +48V button to send phantom power to any condenser mics you might be using. Each of the inputs has its own preamp onboard and independent Volume knobs right on the front panel!

Three Independent Inputs!

The third input on this baby gives you a stereo pair of RCA jacks, for running in MP3 or CD players, a DJ mixer, or any other RCA stereo source. You use this to practice along with recordings, or could turn your next party into an instant karaoke throwdown. Yes, please! Input 3 also has its own independent Volume knob.

Above the input section on he front panel, you'll find a solid 3-band EQ so that you can dial in the essential mix on the speaker correct for the use. If you're simply using the speaker to give remarks or a speech, you might want to drop the LF down so that you get a clearer and more direct sound. Conversely, if you're running hot guitars or keyboard through here, you might find yourself rolling back a bit on the high frequencies. It's your personal monitor -- set that EQ however you like it.

Will Link With Other Speakers

When you're ready to use the Behringer B205D in a system that will provide more sound coverage, simply use the balanced XLR "through" connector to link it with other loudspeakers in series. 

Got A Mic Stand?

The final awesome detail on this neat little powered speaker is the incorporated mic stand mount that allows you to use it along with a mic stand and boom. This is one cleverly designed portable powered loudspeaker!
