This is a finished flashy Queensland Boulder Opal Gem  10.9 ct polished boulder Stone is approx 22mmx 14mm x 4mm. professionally polished and read to set in a pendant or other project. This is a naturally darker stone but the gem areas have great rolling multi-color flash. The pictures really don't do justice to this piece. It has a green sparkle that rolls across the face in any light. I just am unable to capture that roll on film- high flash that won't disappoint- this would be great in a custom pendant setting

These are all close ups and are representative of the color- I know a few of them are a little washed out due to the high flash of the stone and I had to take some in low light to show detail. Included shots of the back of the gem as well since it has some great green gem flash on the back 

 A few notes- as with most boulder like this, there is more flash or color in direct light and at times it will not flash, most of the pictures in this listing are close ups to display the details. They were taken from various angles under led lighting. (the white spot on the stone in some shots is reflection from the light source) Boulder opal stones are subject to having pits and irregularities, some of which show up more in the these macro shots. even though it looks uneven-this is polished smooth.
