Unit was purchased new, only used a few times with disposable Q-Tips and tried the mustache pad once, never used the other pads, they are still brand new with their protective backings sealed to them. You have the option of using the pads with included cords for a larger area or to use cotton buds (Q-Tips) as a more targeted approach. Used a few times, excellent condition.  Contents are listed as: 1 control unit, 2 AA batteries, 1 75mL conductive gel, Cotton buds, Tweezers, 1 three fold soft storage pouch, 1 pad set made up of 3x rectagular pads, 1 upper lip pad. 2x round pads, 1 lead set with 3 connectors.
