Nikon 2X Eyepiece Magnifier

Up for bids is this vintage 2X magnifier for the majority of the manual Nikon film cameras.

This unit is a visual aid accessory designed for critical focussing in the matte area of the focusing screen so you can get a sharp focus for closeup work. When composing the full frame, you simply flip the cover up.

This unit can be mounted on F or F2 finders with a round eyepiece and as well as the F3's non-HP finder, the FE, FM, FM2, FM2N, FE-2 and any others with the same round thread diameter. Use an adapter like a DK-7 or DK-1 (see my other auctions) and you can use it on even more finder eyepieces like the F3HP, F4 and others

As you can see from the photos, this specimen is in very good condition with light use and dust.
