This is for 1 62 Plate HHO Dry Cell for 120 AC current power source (Standard 120 Household power), ready to connect to your hardware and plumbing.
This Dry Cell is designed for normal household power sources and using the supplied bridge rectifier, converts the 120 AC to 120 DC to operate the cell with.
This Dry Cell is can to produce 3 to 7 LPM of HHO
depending on user variables of KOH mixture, setup, and amps/wattage of the setup.

Efficiency | Less current loss while better
utilizing current balance through the cell due to configuration. This allows for more production
for each amperage consumed by the dry cell. Average efficiency is apx 20%-25% more then run of the mill cells. |
******This section pertains to
standard 12-14 volts DC... At 120 VOLT, start out with a 5% KOH mixture
and add more as you see fit for your own comfort and safety level.******
Use only "Potassium Hydroxide (KOH)" with
"Distilled Water". Yes, I've actually
had someone use the wrong chemical in an HHO Dry Cell and the result was that
customer was not producing HHO at all, just steam and toxic gases. So I thought
I would clarify this. the customer never asked a question, so I never heard a
word until after the fast. Can't help someone if the question is not asked. How Much Potassium Hydroxide to use: A great mixture volume is 20% KOH (Potassium Hydroxide). This mixture will have the best amperage draw, and thus produce the most amount of HHO for volt/amperage. For very harsh cold environments, it is perfectly safe to increase the volume of KOH to 28%. To determine the right mixture, 20% KOH by weight = 27 ounces of KOH per 1 Gallon of Distilled Water. Do not use baking soda, sodium hydroxide, tap water, salt water, lye, or other chemicals. Only potassium hydroxide. Some of these have inefficient production values and some are very caustic (corrosive). A great tip for HHO dry cells, add a little bit of Anti Foam, which can be found in any spa/jacuzzi/hot tub supply store. Do not mount HHO dry cells next to an exhaust on a vehicle. The exhaust can reach 600f easily and that is dangerous. Best mounting positions for an hho dry cell is low in a fender well, in front of the grill down low behind the bumper, etc. |
Cautions: Hydrogen is highly explosive. Use extra care during cell operation. Keep away from open flame. Do not touch or be near the hydrogen cell when in operation.
