Emissary Custom Saber Hilt - DIY Empty
Emissary is the very first custom aluminium hilt available in our Knights Arm range!
It has now been updated to support a variety of soundboards, with the new vented pommel!
Along with this revision, we have also added some subtle accents to the design.
The hilt is an imperial inspired design - sporting the sleek, organised, and very minimalist styling.
The hilt comes with a completely vented pommel, so you can add your favourite soundboard with ease!
The Emissary hilt has been designed to accept a 1 inch blade. The hilt dimensions: 31.8mm OD, 25.4mm ID, and 278mm in length (with pommel).
Included in the sale is: 1x Emissary hilt, 1x Vented Emissary pommel, 1x Aluminium LED heatsink/housing. 1x Blue 12mm AV LED Switch. 1x CoreFX LED Controller. 3x M3x0.5 set screws.
This particular version is for those who love a blank canvas.
It comes completely raw brushed, ready for your own personal finish.
Excellent quality, manufactured locally in the United Kingdom.
It has an M3x0.5 threaded hole near the pommel for a Covertec knob (not included).
Please note: the hilt is empty, and will require full assembly/installation. We have provided some core parts to help get you started. The item is made from Aluminium, so it may have some easy-to-fix scratches from manufacturing.
If you require something a little more, we'll have options for powder coating shortly. LED and Blade are not included.

Please allow 1 working day for orders to ship - UK orders shall be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. International buyers - Royal Mail International Standard 5-11 working days. Please note that your order may be subject to Customs Fees.
All electronic modules are covered by warranty for up to 3 months; manufacturing defects and material failure is covered by said warranty. In the event that you need to return your order, please let us know ASAP and the reason for return. If you are returning the item as you no longer require it, the item must be in unused condition, fit for resale.
