ARE THESE EXHAUSTS ROAD LEGAL? 

In the UK these are not road legal but in other countries all depends on where you live as some have lower nose disturbance tolerance than others. 

IS TUNING OR RE-JETTING REQUIRED? 

As with any aftermarket exhaust tuning is recommended but not always required 

HOW DO THE EXHAUST MOUNT TO THE BIKE? 

They simply clamp on with a single clamp that holds them in place on the original link pipe mounting point so these will exit just behind the foot peg.
