We understand that when you place an order, you want your parcel to arrive as soon as possible, so we strive to aim to meet your expectations.
We dispatch our products via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
The estimated time for delivery is 1-3 days for First Class and 3-5 days second class.
We also do a special delivery option which is guaranteed next working day.
When orders are placed Before 3 pm Mon to Fri excluding weekends we aim to dispatch same business day, Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched following working day and Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Mon.

We are currently accepting orders worldwide.
RETURNS
For any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we will allow up to 30 days for the item to be returned. All the goods must be in original packaging and unused. Products must be returned to us before a full refund given.
A short email would be required to state why you are not happy with the product, A tracking number and also a scanned copy of your postage receipt, This enables us to give you a full refund on the returned postage without this, we will not be able to issue a postage refund.
Once the item has been received and checked, we will issue a refund the same working day through, PayPal.
