This is a Chimera speedring for a light with a 150mm/6" slot . It is showing signs of wear but is otherwise OK. I do not know what light it will fit but if when you remove your barn doors you measure the width of the slot you'll know if it will work for you.
It comes apart into two pieces, as shown, so presumably that is if you want to fit a different inner ring suitable for a different light.
