Unisex DKNY eyeglasses has prescription lenses. Brown metal frame comes with a case not original. Lenses can be changed not sure of strength but Optomologist can tell you.
NOTE:
The numbers you see on the frame have nothing to do with your prescription, the 48 is the eye size (lens width in mm) the 19 is the bridge size, and the 140mm (approx. 5 1/2 inches) is the length from temple to temple. The other numbers you see are most likely a manufacturer # and model #.
