Returns Policy
I am happy to accept any returns within 14 working days of you receiving your item(s). I will of course give you a refund. The return shipping fee is at your own cost unless you can prove that an item is faulty or damaged. I recommend that if you use Royal Mail or any other shipping service, to get full tracking as eBay will require this for proof that you have made the return. If an item is lost in the post and you do not provide full tracking, eBay will not require me to give you any form of refund. If you are using a courier service that is not traceable by a tracking number to return your item, be sure to get the full name and phone number of the courier as eBay will require this if your item is not returned to us by the said courier.
