This beauty is só much LARGER than the Warminks which are often sold on Ebay and elsewhere.

Compared to small bells for regular Warmink clocks, the bells of this clock are much larger, resulting in an extraordinary sound, which canNOT be compared to the sound of a "normal" Warmink!
Warmink produced a range of clocks in various types of wood.
This type has an WALNUT wooden case, preferable above the Oak cases, Warmink made.
The case finds itself in a good cosmetic condition besides some flaws on the roof. There is a Double Bell chime, which produce a chime that is breathtaking.
It also has lots of bronze decorations, and a MOONPHASE.
This Dutch Wuba Warmink clock shines brilliantly because of its HIGH GLOSS Finish!
This fabric does not only have a cosmetic function.
It filters out the high frequency when the bell-chime leaves the clock through them, causing the chime to have a warm character.
The chime will let you known what time it is on half hours by striking the 2 bells once.
On full hours it strikes the bells with an amount corresponding with the time at that moment.
An extra feature is the chime on/off handle, inside the clock!
This Warmink has an FLOATING BALANCING WHEEL Movement, making it SO MUCH MORE reliable!
The front door has real glass in it, FREE of scratches!
On the dial you find the writing "JOHN THOMAS LONDON", which indicates the most expensive series of this type of clocks.
This clock runs 8 days on one winding session.
This beauty also has a MATCHING key, which will be supplied with the clock.
I specially ordered a key, for this Warmink clock, having a long shaft, to avoid damaging the wood, which often happens with regular sized keys!
The moonphase tells you the position of the moon.
On this dish you find a date as well!
On top you find a BRONZE carriage handle.
Please take a look at the bronze details on the photo's which are richly used. The clock runs wonderfully and smoothly because of its SCHWEBEGANG movement, which means that is does NOT need a levelled surface to keep running.
The movement also has a nice, quiet ticking and is FULLY REFURBISHED AND SERVICED; ready to tick away time for years and years, without ány maintenance!
Even the Original Label with "WUBA" is still in the backdoor!
Remark: This object is not new though in an absolute amazing condition.
Expectable time related, cosmetic minor imperfections might occur. As mentioned before, the roof has some flaws in the high gloss layer.. This is why the price is relatively VERY LOW.
This clock runs ON TIME, which is definately of added value. In 90%, clocks having a Floating Balancing wheel do not run on time, but this is seldom mentioned by (re)sellers.
