Black Jade is an etheric bodyguard and a stone of protection. Its strong elemental energy shields not only the physical body, but guards against negative forces or entities, energy vampires and people projecting anger and aggression. Black Jade may be of either variety, and may be colored with bits of graphite or iron oxide.  Jade, in all forms, is valued most for its metaphysical properties. On Crystals Energies and Healing

As quantum physics suggests everything has its vibration and at least two thirds of everything we see or touch is “empty” space. Everything in its essence is vibrating energy. Our vision only perceives the dense matter of our physical existence. If you would use a strong magnifying device and keep zooming in eventually you would see atoms and vibrating particles and a great lot of empty space, this empty space is still full of ‘vibrations’. There are waves that can not be stopped by matter, they go straight through our planet and everything we know. Everything vibrates. Every colour (essentially light waves), every sound note (we can only hear because it lets little hair in our ear vibrate). Quantum Physics suggests that some particles can be influenced with intentional thought, you have to think them there in order for them to be there.  What healers always said is now becoming a fact. Energy follows thought, or in other words you are what you think. Every word, especially mantras or music are sound vibrations and affect us especially if said with intention. Every affirmation (good or bad) tells your body on an energetic level what you want. Different crystals vibrate at different rates and thus influence our subtle energies, helping us to heal if this is our intention or they show us or helping us see why we refuse - or what stands in the way of  regaining health  Every thought produces an emotion, every emotion releases hormones (adrenalin, cortisol, etc.) into our body. The stronger the emotion the more hormones, the more vibration. The more scrambled our energy. If you calm your emotions, you become on an energetic level more transparent and light and create space for healing to occur. For example if you look at yourself as a bucket and imagine that each negative and hurtful thought would fill the bucket you get an idea how fast the bucket would be filled. There is not much 'literal' space left for healing to occur.  In a nutshell, the more you are filled with negative thoughts the less you are able to feel or experience anything nice like joy, happiness or well being. So in order to feel good again you want to let go of things in order to create the space for good things to happen/ healing to occur. It starts with the willingness that you do not want to feel like this any more. Then step by step you let go of all that which does no longer serve you. You deserve to feel good and loved but you need to let go of repetetive hurtful thoughts and blame to create the space for Joy and Love to enter... All Healing depends on your intentions as well as your willingness to change.
