Today's
offering showcases this classic vintage retro Omega Seamaster Cosmic
2000 which presents in gorgeous condition. At a time when the
quartz revolution was beginning to take place this watch with
automatic Cal. 1012 movement carried on both the style and mechanical
functionality of a traditional Seamaster.
This Cosmic 2000 is large for the era, measuring 38mm in diameter by
a full 48mm long. It presents in true expertly restored condition
- on the wrist it looks almost like new. The dial has been perfectly
refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to
the naked eye.
As
part of the restoration the movement winds has been fully serviced
by a Master Watchmaker.
Included
with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement
and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate
of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its
performance.

Omega is perhaps best known for its Seamaster line of dive watches.
Introduced in 1948, they have been were embraced by water sports
enthusiasts and marry a striking look with a high performance
movement.
