This is a new sailor dress for 12 month baby girl. This has never been worn or washed. However, the tags were accidentally removed.
Material is Satin and it has gold colored buttons and a beautiful little hat. The dress can be tightened in the back.
This is a darling little outfit that I wish fit her when we received it.
