This is for a special lot of lightning ridge opal gem Rough  and rubs and small bright rough with some small black Opal gem roughs for finishing or practicing your polishing skills.

99 cts total for the lot, average in size from 10 to mostly 14 mm across and approx 2mm to 5mm deep.  The black Opal pieces will really only yield small but possibly very bright stones. Your comfort finishing/faceting thinner or smaller gems should be considered.

I included a number of pictures in an effort to try and capture the nature of flashing colors in these pieces,These were all taken WET under led or daylight. My pictures don't capture the sparkle or black color or purple glow and potential these items have to the naked eye. Some of these shots are a little oversaturated on the color and the white spot you see in some photos is a reflection of light.

This is from my personal collection I am culling selectively and was purchased direct from a producer in Australia. I tried to capture in a variety of light settings to give an idea of color patterns. These shots are taken wet under led light.
