Shipping

Over the years we have worked hard to perfect our shipping services, and have made sure that our customers receive their items as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction continues to be our main concern, which is why items go through a final inspection and approval process before leaving the factory for shipment.

Best Brilliance offers free shipping worldwide, and ships most orders through FEDEX expedited insured shipping. International shipping may be subject to additional fees such as VAT. Delivery of your purchased items will take between 3 to 8 days, depending upon where you live.

30 Day Returns Policy:

As always, your satisfaction is our utmost concern, and our return policy allows you to return the item for a full refund or to exchange any or all of your purchased items within 30 days of the day that your shipment arrived and was signed for.

To return your product, please send us an email so we will be able to understand your intentions. Returning items must be with their original packaging certificate and paperwork and in the same condition in which they were received.

Receiving a refund on purchased items:
ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
