Delivery confirmation and insurance is included in auction. I do ship internationally but using the ebay global shipping program. Returns are accepted only if this item is in the same quality I have shipped to you. Nothing must be missing or broken. If you swap my item out for a broken one , I will contact authorities and make sure they do the right thing. "Mail fraud is a crime". I will also charge a 20% restocking fee on the returned item even if the item is not opened. Return Shipping must be paid by you and not me. You must also get insurance, if item is lost or broken.
