Shipping

 

 

Usually after completing full payment, it will take 1-2 days to ship the item (may take longer during weekends). The item is placed into a box or bubble mailer and carefully taped.

USPS is our default shipping carrier.

In case that you would like a different shipping method, please contact us prior to completing the payment in order to make any necessary changes.

If interested in combined shipping please send a message before paying for your purchase.

 

We cannot be responsible for any damage or lost in the shipping process caused by shipping carrier.

Any previous damage (if any) will be specified in the condition description above.

 

International Shipping

 

For international shipping the EBay Global shipping program will be used which makes the buyer responsible for any extra charges or import charges that international shipping applies.

Returns and/or Exchanges

 

 

Your satisfaction matters! Returns and/or exchanges are given within 14 days after receiving the item. Returned merchandise MUST be accompanied by the receipt, original box and/or tags, and MUST be unworn and in the original condition when purchased.

 

Buyer MUST use the Return option on Ebay to access our correct address and provide us with correct tracking information. Ebay will provide a shipping label and a packing slip, please follow instructions and include the packing slip.

 

After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund of the cost of the shoes will be processed via PayPal. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost meaning that shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for any additional charges and/or fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.

If an exchange is needed, please send a message to check for availability. Buyer MUST use the Return option on Ebay to return the item. Buyer will be responsible for the whole shipping cost, meaning that buyer will pay for the shipment of the exchanged item as well. An invoice for the shipping cost will be sent through PayPal.
