BUY IT NOW in my eBay Store: GUITARSLIDERULE

If you were to choose a key, then chart every note in that key on the neck, you would see 5 distinct hand positions.  The 5 STRING BANJO SLIDE RULE CHART is an 8.5"x 11" laminated chart showing the 5 POSITIONS in every key over printed bass necks.  The brown dots are at the 5th, 7th, 12th, 17th and 19th frets.  For instance, you could choose the fingerboard in A minor (which is the same notes as: C Major, D minor with a Major 6th, or G Major with a minor 7th).  You could play along with some music in the key of A minor using any hand position.  Usually, the first chord of a song is the key of the song and the key of which you could set your slide rule.  Every note showing would be in that key, no matter which color hand position you play.  Try it.  These 5 sequential hand positions are not arbitrary, but occur from the dynamics of the banjo and of modes.
