Very interesting, rare, and unique Variegated Lime Green and Yellow Gasteria Gracilis Variegata succulent in a 3" pot. This beautiful cactus/succulent is a great houseplant/tropical plant that likes to get dry between watering. Grows wonderfully as a houseplant and enjoys part shade to full sun. We do try to send the plant pictured but if that's not possible, you will receive a very similar item. (We say this as a disclaimer; in the unlikely event we are unable to send the plant pictured, we would contact the buyer immediately and provide pictures of a replacement plant.) If you have any questions regarding our plants or care instructions, please feel free to ask!

~~Studies show that the presence of plants increases productivity between 12% and 15% so buy a plant and make yourself happier and more productive!~~

Please note: We identify our plants to the best of our knowledge. With the continued propagation and cultivation that occurs, it is possible that some of our plants may be known under different names. Plants do grow over time so it is possible that the plant may be larger when shipped than pictured.

Shipping: All plants will be carefully packed and shipped using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping). Plants are generally shipped in the pot unless otherwise requested and will be shipped within 2 days of payment being received. We will combine shipping on multiple plant purchases (when auctions have ended, we will send an invoice including the combined shipping cost). Shipping cost is estimated; if there is a discrepancy between what's paid and the actual cost, we will issue a refund. **For us to maintain 2 day handing time, we ask that you do not pay for your item(s) until you are ready to have them shipped. If you would like combined shipping, please request an invoice and wait until you have received the invoice to make payment. If purchasing a pot and plant, they will be shipped separately. Seller does not assume responsibility for any damage caused during shipping. We will assist with any damage claims that need to be filed but we are not responsible for shipping damage. All packages sent Priority Mail are insured; if you choose a different shipping option, we recommend purchasing insurance on the package. (Seller must be notified prior to payment being made if you'd like to add insurance.)
**Seller ships from New York and does not assume responsibility for weather-related damage so we do have heat packs available for an additional $4.00 and there may be a slight adjustment to shipping fees if adding a heat pack. If you would like a heat pack included in your package, please advise us prior to making payment and we will send an invoice. We are also willing to work with you and if temperatures are questionable, we will gladly hold your plant(s) until you are comfortable having them shipped. Please contact us prior to making a payment if you would like to make special arrangements. To further ensure the safe arrival of your plants, we will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (payment must be received on Monday for plants to ship Wednesday; any plants paid for after Monday will ship the following week.)

Payments accepted: PayPal and check. (Please note: If paying with a check, the check will be deposited within 1 day of receiving and item will be shipped when payment has cleared.) Payment must be received within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made, after 7 days, a "Non-paying bidder" case will be opened.

Returns: If you find that there is a problem with the item you receive, please contact us and, if needed, a refund will be issued when the item is returned, buyer pays return shipping.

By placing a bid, you agree that you have read and understand the above terms.
