Unwanted Goods If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the price of the item(s) (excluding postage costs) provided that it is returned in perfect saleable condition (original packaging and unused) within 7 working days. Please contact us in writing (either by email or letter) to inform us of your decision prior to sending. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry`s distance selling regulations. Transit Damaged Goods Please CHECK GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING to say they are in good condition (Do not sign unchecked). REFUSE DELIVERY IF DAMAGED and contact us immediately. Warranty Southwater Cycles are not responsible for labour and or shipping costs incurred on any warranty claims. All new goods we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty. If you feel that you have a faulty item please return it to us with the original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine manufacturers fault we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If it is not a genuine fault covered by its warranty we will charge return postage of the item. |
