It is missing more the oscillator to function, it is missing the complete balance wheel (can’t run without it), the automatic upper bridge plate, 3 of the wheels, the oscillating weight and some screws.

This movement is being sold for PARTS ONLY which are very rare for this watch and hard to find.   Everything else is intact.    We bought this Rolex from a client and it would run for a few seconds and stop...so someone used that part to repair another movement.  Good luck :)
