This watch has a DOG Design on the front (I am not sure of the breed -perhaps an English Setter?)
This is a KEY Wind watch, and a KEY Set Watch.

The Key included with this watch will WIND THE WATCH ONLY - a Different Key is needed to set the time (this key is no longer with this watch). 

This watch is Currently with starts and stops (it will tick, then it stops) -

*Also when you wind the watch  it feels like it only winds part way and then 'slips' (I suspect it might need a main spring?) or repair etc.

We have NOT CLEANED, Repaired or Serviced this item.

This watch will need to be Repaired, CLEANED and/or SERVICED PRIOR TO USE.

SPECIFICATIONS:

This is a USED/PRE-OWNED Item -See Below for Condition Report.

Material: Silver (tests to be at least 800 silver in purity), Enamel, Crystal, Dial, movement etc.

Base metal key

Signed: The inside back cover of the watch is marked with an FB makers mark as well as a case number.

The dust cover is marked Lehappenent Cylinder HUIT Ruby (Huit translates to 8, indicating this watch has '8 Jewels'), and there is also a number etc. on the dust cover. -see close images.

The movement is NOT marked .

Dimensions: This watch measures about 2 7/16" tall from the top of the bail ring to the bottom of the watch at the largest points, and this watch is about 1 5/8" wide at the largest points.

Weight: 52.5 grams

Condition:

This watch is currently Running, with some starts and stops -it will tick, and then it stops ticking -  *Also when you wind the watch  it feels like it only winds part way and then 'slips' (I suspect it might need a main spring?) or repair etc.

We have NOT CLEANED or Serviced this item. We check to see that a watch is running though we DON'T Check to see if it is keeping good time. This watch will need AT LEAST A Cleaning/Servicing and REPAIR  PRIOR TO USE. 

The crystal has a few scratches, scuffs, wear and imperfections, etc. 

The dial and hands are in good estate condition. 

The metal is made from Silver (tested to be at least 800 silver in purity). The metal has some dings, dents, nicks, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas., there is also some patina, tarnish and discoloration etc. on the metal.

the metal has a crack in the silver at the button release -see images.

The enamel has some scratches/scuffs, dings, nicks, wear and imperfections in some areas.

the Key with this watch is silvertone base metal and WINDS the watch ONLY -another key is needed to set the time (NOT with this watch any longer).
