First item is Worsley's fifth and final contract of his long career. Contract is dated May 9, 1973 and is for one season. $40,000 base plus $1000 for every win, $500 per tie, $200 per shutout and $1000 if he finishes the season with a GAA of 2.9 or less. Contract is signed by Worsley and Walter Bush Jr (team president).  Contract is stamped by the NHL as well as signed by NHL president Clarence Campbell.

Second document is an addendum on North Star letterhead adding a $10000 bonus if Worsley completed 28 regular season games. Signed twice by Wren Blair (GM) and once by Worsley. There are two other light weight copies of this letter that do have original signatures that I will include.

Third document is dated 9/23/73 on North Star letterhead providing the details of a 4 year scouting contract with the team beginning the 74/75 season. This is signed twice by Wren Blair and once by Worsley.

Fourth document is Worsley's application to be placed on voluntarily retired list. Dated August 6, 1974. Signed by Worsley as well as Jack Gordon GM. League stamped.

All documents are original and have authentic signatures. Each document has a 2-hole punch at the top from filing.
