These were taken from a working corporate environment.   I personally updated the firmware to the newest avaya firmware.  I can also send you the newest firmware if you need them to update yours.  These are very nice switches and can do anything and everything you could want.  Taken from a clean environment as well and all fans work perfectly.  If you have questions please ask.  If you buy more than one i will include a stacking cable for free.  I have perfect feedback so bid confidently!!
