Instructions:
1. Hold the mouth of one side of the couch and take side steps against the air and quickly close the mouth to trap air.
2. Repeat step 1 for the other chamber.
3. Repeat both steps until both sides are filled with air (~90 %).
4. Roll the closed ends 5-6 times until the air is fully compressed.
