If an items is not received, the buyer needs to check with their Post Office with the Registered mail tracking number/Custom form number that I emailed when the item was mailed. You would need to file a claim with your Post Office and once you let me know, I will contact the Post Office here to see what information is available, this can take up to 60 days.
