We want you to get your order as soon as possible and we use Royal Mail for all our domestic and international deliveries. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and our cut off point for processing and dispatching orders the same day is 3pm  GMT. Any orders/payments received after this time will be processed the following working day. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday excluding national holidays and If there is nobody available to take delivery, a notification should be left to re-arrange delivery or collection from a local depot. Any signed for or confirmed delivery services, such as domestic recorded/confirmed or international tracked and signed can be checked at the following: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number advised in the purchase history section of your account. If you are however experiencing any delays in delivery times please contact us via the messaging service and we will do everything possible to address your enquiry in a timely manner.

All International deliveries are sent via a tracked/signed for service and these services require a signature upon delivery. To check the progress of an international delivery please go to www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number advised.

Returns

To complete your return, please include your invoice / order number .

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
