The Bottom Bracket Alignment Adapter - A lot of mechanics press in one bottom bracket bearing assembly at a time.  Well the first assembly is always the hardest because the bottom bracket press tool just presses on the face of the BB Shell.  So the alignment adapter centers the tool by registering inside the bottom bracket shell.  The alignment adapter fits 41mm (BB86/92), 42mm (BB30) & 46mm (PF30) bottom bracket shells

The Bottom Bracket Alignment Adapter is machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear.  The Adapter is compatible with the Park Headset Press (HHP-2) or any press with a .625"(15.9mm) Diameter Shaft. Frame preparation should be done in accordance to the Bottom Bracket Manufacture
