·      This is a beautiful elegant vintage coffee pot or teapot with light and dark shades of pink rose flowers with green leaves and a matching lid. 

·      There is gold trim on the spout, the handle, the lid, and the rim of the pot.

·      Approximately 6 1/2 inches tall by 10 inches wide from the spout to the handle.  It holds 5 cups or 40 ounces

·      The lid of the teapot has pink flowers and a fancy gold trimmed knob on top.  The lid has a Notch to stay in place.

·      The markings on the bottom of the teapot show Golden Crown E & R 1886 Bavaria Schumann Arzberg Germany.  Briar Rose 49.  Please view the photos for specific details.

·      Carl Schumann Porcelain Factory was originally founded by Christian Heinrich Schumann in 1881 under the name Schumann & Riess in a town Arzberg, a district of Wunsiedel, Bavaria, Germany.  It was renamed Carl Schumann in 1894, after the passing of Christian and when his first son (Carl), who he named successor turned 21. The factory stopped production in 1994.

·      The symbol on the bottom of the teapot was used between 1960 and 1970 written as 'BAVARIA', 'SCHUMANN', and 'ARZBERG' Germany.

·      The teapot has a floral design on the front and the back of the teapot and the lid also has a floral design.

·      The teapot does not have any chips or cracks.  Very good condition

·      This item is a wonderful addition to any collection or for everyday use.
