All items are from a smoke free and pet free home.  Most of my items are catalogue overstock or returns, therefore there is a possibility that the item will have been previously tried on, just like if you bought from a high street retailer.

It is very rare for an item to go missing in the post, however if your item doesn’t arrive, In the UK Royal Mail do not class something as lost until after 15 working days.  For international buyers it is 25 working days.
