·         All kits are in stock and ready to ship from our UK warehouse – No lengthy delays or hidden taxes

·         UK postage via recorded mail – We will provide a tracking number at the point of dispatch for you, should you experience any delays in delivery after dispatch – Please check with your local Post Office in case it is being held there for you and hasn’t been carded

We will be offering a courier option during the festive period in light of the Royal Mail proposed strikes - PLEASE NOTE - We can only ship via courier to Mainland UK - Certain Scottish postcodes incur an extra surcharge with the courier that we use so if you are in Scotland , Please pop me a message first with your address so that I can check this for you . If you haven't first checked with me and your area is subject to the surcharge I will message you first with the option to accept or to cancel the courier and pop it in the post  :)

·         We are able to ship models to most Worldwide locations ( excluding Russia ) – But if you are unsure , feel free to drop us a message and ask!

·         eBay estimated delivery times shown actually relate only to UK buyers – There is no way of amending this for overseas customers unfortunately

·         We endeavour to ship your model via Fed-Ex courier but please be aware , certain locations class as ‘out of area’ and are hugely more expensive, sometimes a greater cost than the kit itself  – In these incidences we will ship your model using a secure signed for mail service  

·         Please ensure you contact us with a telephone number if you are Overseas for delivery – We are unable to ship via courier without this information – We will message twice and ask for this , if no response is received then we will ship signed for in the mail instead

·         Please note , Non EU countries – You will be responsible for any taxes/charges if applicable once it reaches you
