Warranty and Support
  • Buyers are provided a product warranty as stated in this listing under the "Product Information" heading to the left. In the event of a product failure during the warranty period, we provide assistance by phone or by email and may require buyer to speak to a technician. Returns for repair or exchanges require prior authorization.
  • Pre-owned Items may have slight cosmetic marks on outer surfaces such as light scratches or minor markings as a result of previous use. These marks are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or functionality of the product.
  • Unless otherwise stated, product manuals are not included. Setup and software support is generally not available.

Payment Information
  • We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Corporate or institutional purchase orders may be accepted upon credit approval.
  • Sales tax of 7.75% applies to products shipped to addresses within Illinois.
  • Buyers are expected to pay for items within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping and Handling Information
  • Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Processing time may increase slightly for larger orders.
  • All products are professionally packed to ensure arrival in the condition expected.

  • U.S. 48 state package shipments are delivered by Fedex or UPS (seller’s choice).
  • U.S. 48 state Truck/Freight shipments are delivered by an LTL carrier.

  • All Canadian and non-U.S. buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the shipping carrier, customs broker and your government. Those costs are not included in shipping costs.
