Please note that postage price includes top quality packing and daily posting to post office…. And now an additional Ebay postage fee

Sometimes things do go wrong and Royal Mail does lose items.

If Recorded (Signed For) delivery is requested for postage delivery then in the event that the item is lost I will do all claiming with Royal Mail and do a full refund after the RM statutory time has elapsed.

If Recorded (Signed For) delivery is NOT selected I will not refund goods lost in the post but I will provide ‘Proof of Postage’ receipts to the purchaser so they can make a claim.

All purchasers will get their orders sent out promptly, within 2 working days of payment clearance.

If for any reason you are unhappy with anything, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback as I am keen to put problems right. If poor feedback is left before contacting me, I will leave equally poor feedback!

If you as a bidder are successful in winning an item, remember that you have a legal contract to buy.
