My original listing this morning was as is because
I did not know if it worked.
At the request of a buyer, I took the time and
replaced the watch and receiver with fresh batteries
Result- the watch gives time, the radio works and the TV flickered
Even though no picture became clear
Per watch repair shop, the watch battery should last 2 years
When it begins to flicker, replace immediately to prevent damage
