GUARANTEE: If any machine guaranteed by us does not prove satisfactory mechanically, the Purchaser may return it freight prepaid within 14 days from date of shipment and we will refund the purchase price in full. This does not apply to machine sold “as is” or “subject to inspection”. This guarantee applies only to machines which we own. The machine must be returned in the same condition that it left our warehouse. MachineStation shall not be responsible for any damage done by truckers, riggers, or other parties. Machine damaged in shipping are not covered under the return privilege.
WARRANTY: Seller makes no warranties of any kind whatever, expressed, or implied. All specifications and descriptions of said goods are approximate, not binding and meant only as a guide. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods and ascertain if the specifications, description and condition of the goods confirm to the Buyer’s requirement.

We collect tax in the State of
California. If you are
tax exempt please contact and supply us with a tax exempt form. The invoice
will automatically charge tax and you will need to notify us at time of invoice
to have it removed.

Shipping:
Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight: We can provide you with a competitive
shipping rate via our logistics broker. If you have an account with a carrier
and wish to use them, we can ship out freight collect via the carrier of your
choice. With all LTL freight there is a handling fee of $20.00 per skid with
the skid being 40” x 48” weighing not more than 75lbs. Skids oversized &
overweight will be subject to an additional charge.
MachineStation will load items, as is on
your truck free of charge.
Truckload and Containers: We can assist you in setting up
truckloads and containers. The shipment will come freight collect to you. we
load for free but does not assist in strapping or securing the items.
Storage: Unless prior arrangements have
been approved in writing, all items or Machines are required to be removed or
shipped within Thirty (30) days of sale. Items left beyond 30 days will be
considered abandoned and the customer forfeits the rights to the item or
items. There will be no exceptions.
