It is designed to be neutral buoyancy at 33ft of depth. To have it neutral at the surface, use it without added weight. To go deeper, add weight. Weight can be added below the camera base. This makes it so the camera is always upright.
The housing is in very good shape, and this comes with everything you see in the pictures, other than the Sony Camera and my girlfriend.
