Action is 4 1/2 mm and 3mm at 12th fret. It is a very beautiful , warm sounding Ramirez from the 

golden era of guitar making.

 It had a fine crack on the back that is repaired however the varnish is not touched up where the crack was.

There are a few small dings on the top. Overall the guitar looks great and has a nice finish to it.
