Payment must be made within 7 business days of the listing ending. Shortly after an item ends, you will receive an invoice email from us through Paypal. Please use the links within the email to send payment to us.

You are still responsible for all taxes and duties which may be charged upon delivery. To continue giving great value service and also minimize costs incurred by you (the buyer), the item will be marked as a Gift on the shipping declaration.

The approximate shipping time is about 3 weeks, this may increase to 4-6 weeks depending on, i.e. postal delays, customs or other circumstances beyond our control. All large knives have a tracking number. For added speed we recommended upgrading to our courier service. Please contact us for rates. Again - If you can't wait the time it takes for our standard delivery - please don't order!

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is simple. Not happy with what you have received? Simply ship back to us (postage paid by the buyer), and we will give you either a full refund or replace the item with another one. Please don't expect us to pay return shipping and please don't expect us to refund goods without you returning them to us, and providing a tracking number first.
