Hi this GENUINE DRIVERS SIDE wing mirror cover will fit ALL E46 coupe and convertible models from 1999-2006.One retaining clip is missing,but the other 3 retaining clips are in perfect condition.The paint is BMW METALLIC STAHL/STEEL BLUE.The paint is in Excellent condition. thanks for looking,nick
