Handling Times: Items will be posted within 1 business day of payment being received. (Not including public holidays)
UK post do experience delays from time to time, so please allow 2-8 business days for standard delivery and 2 business days for express Delivery. If you are concerned that your order is taking too long then please contact us and we'll follow up straight away.
Combined Postage: We offer flat rate combined postage when purchasing multiple items. Simply commit to buy the items without paying, then send us a message asking for combined postage and we'll send you an updated invoice. Items will be shipped once the invoice is paid.
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal payment
If you are unable to make payment within 48 hours of purchase for any reason at all please let us know and we may be able to cancel the transaction. Otherwise an unpaid item case may be automatically opened after a week.
Printed receipts are available upon request. Simply leave a note when placing your order.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason then you have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us that you'd like to return it for a refund. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
In order to qualify for a refund the item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds provided will be for the original sale price only and any shipping costs will be forfeit.
Once you have sent the item back please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect the item. Once we are satisfied it is in acceptable condition we will contact you and provide a refund.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, let us know as soon as possible and we'll organize either a replacement or a full refund.
We may require the item to be returned, however this will be at our expense once we have inspected the fault.
Once you have returned the item please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect it. Once we have done so we will contact you and provide a refund or replacement.

Refunds
If we notify you that we have provided a refund please allow a few days for paypal, your bank or credit card company to process the request. If you have not received your funds within 3 or 4 days then please let us know.
