All items purchased on an Auction basis must be paid within 3 days of the auction ending through PayPal.

Items are not dispatched until cleared funds have been received. 

If there is a problem with making a payment, please contact me.

SHIPPING

I will always combine items to reduce shipping costs where applicable. 

All items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1 working day of purchase; Monday to Friday. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch.

When not using a secure signed for or tracked method of shipping I always obtain proof of posting.

RETURNS

All items are sold with a ‘14 day no quibble returns policy’. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase; for whatever reason you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. 

All postage is paid by the buyer. 

Please contact me immediately if you wish to return an item. 

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out; where applicable all original labels & packaging must be returned intact. 

Items must be returned within a maximum of 21 days from when it was sent out; items returned after this period will only qualify for a credit note. 

Once I receive a returned item I will process the refund of the purchase price with 24 hours. 

When an item is returned I always advise eBay that we have mutually agreed to cancel the transaction; this action is not detrimental to either buyer or seller.

Feedback is important to me and I pride myself on supplying a first class, friendly service. 

If you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will do my best to resolve any issues you may have. 

I leave positive feedback when an item has been returned as unwanted or unsuitable; as long as it is returned within the time frame and in the condition in which it was sent out.
