Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention – Piquantique 1st Press 1991 USA FOO - EEE LP
This is a 1st Pressing of the LP by Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention titled "Piquantique". I received these LP's from my Warner Rep in 1991. I got them without the box so am selling them separately as I received them from the record label. This is from a series of bootleg recordings released by Frank Zappa that were originally distributed illegally but were released officially by Rhino on FOO - EEE in 1991 as part of Zappa's campaign to dissuade his fans from buying illegal recordings of his concerts. Series span a fifteen-year period from 1967 to 1982. Any black marks or ringwear or other anomalies on the covers are in the artwork as Frank just copied the best copies of the bootlegs he could find to make the covers (aint irony grand?). All are on BLACK vinyl even if artwork states otherwise. LP was released in USA on FOO - EEE (R1 70544) Records in 1991.

I was the owner of an independent record store in Seattle for almost 20 years and the majority of these items were pieces I put aside during that time for my personal collection. It kills me to sell some of these rare items, but I have gone back to college (at 47!) and need the money for tuition. All my Items are legitimate retail product, no bootlegs or pirates.

If you win more than one auction and desire Priority Mail it will be an additional $5.00 for each additional item (multiple wins that weigh more than 3 lbs (triple LP's, Box Sets, etc.) please request Priority Mail cost)). In USA please add $1.50 for insurance if desired. Insurance for international winners is $4.00 per item. If insurance is not purchased, seller is unable to be responsible for product damaged or lost during shipment. I can only ship to the address provided by PayPal unless approved in advance. Items are professionally packed in heavy LP mailers w/ additional padding as necessary. I accept PayPal for payment.
