SHIPPING:
We generally ship usps priority mail or first class depending on size and weight. We have no control over shipping times, we simply try to ship as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). We will add tracking info as quickly as possible to all our listings. For larger items, we  ship through fedex. 

INTERNATIONAL ITEMS are shipped using ebay's global shipping program. When using this shipping program, ebay charges the custom fees or shipping charges. We do not charge or see those funds, ebay is in charge of them. 

RETURNS and PRODUCTS:
We stand by my items 100% so if there are any problems, send it back and you will be refunded. If you simply made a mistake in purchasing the item, you will receive a refund less the cost for us to ship to you. We have over 10 years of positive feedback and we want to keep it that way.
