This Romania poster stamp was issued for the Rome / Madrid  Olympics in 1960 and is on a First Day Cover dated in print, January 1961 which appears to be related to the MENS SANO IN CORPORE SANO group. ( IRON GUARD ANTI COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA) ROMA OLYMPICS GAMES SHOOTING COMPETITION.

 The cover has clean, clear cancels .   The stamp is assumed to be a poster stamp and is not found in the Sc catalog..

Added is a single of the poster stamp with the RED OVER PRINT FOR THE 1962 GAMES AT BELGRADE. Yugoslavia.   ( more rare)  Overprint is hard to see on stamp or in scan.

The stamp is for the Olympics of Roma for 1960 and overprint for 1962 for Belgrade.

To the right portion of of the stamp are words in English saying:
YOUTH MUST REPEL THE COMMUNIST DOCTRINE.

The overprint stamp is MINT WITH GUM, nh
