Since all of the merchandise is tested, we warranty it from DOA. There are some items that we can't or do not test. These items are clearly marked as sold as is. However, we are human and do, on occasion, make mistakes. If the item description does not match the product you received, please email us and we will try to correct the problem and make sure that you are happy with the product. We do not have a return policy for items that you, after receiving it, decide you don't want it.
