This is the Ergotron LX Model 45-179-194 desk clamp monitor/lcd mount.
Its in great working order, with a few minor scratches on the arm. Includes the backplate and two screws (i had only been using two of the four screws and it works fine diagonally, you can always add two more, as I couldnt find the others).
The arm rotates and lifts easily. You can also add bracket extensions to go with lcds with larger width vesa holes.
*Note: the other side of the arm is missing its cover, which doesnt impact performance in anyway.. ill try to locate it prior to shipping but unsure if i can.
