What is MAR?

MAR stands for Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. It is a company taking part in an official Microsoft program for

licensing Windows and other software on refurbished computers.Until 2012, there were only 6 MARs in Canada. MAR is for

large refurbishers which can commit to a minimum average of 1,000 PCs shipped per month. According to Microsoft, “MARs

have years of experience professionally refurbishing computers and servers using data security and environmental and

sustainability best practices and compliance methods” If MAR PCs are from a good refurbisher you should expect them to

have a similar or often better reliability than a new device.All MAR PCs have a MAR Certificate of Authenticity (COA) on

Shipping Policy

We offer Fedex for domestic shipping, and fedex or USPS for US shipping.

For US orders, shipping option is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes.

For Canadian orders, shipping options is not available to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut or PO Boxes.

All packages will be shipped the following business day after the payment is cleared.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We understand that not every purchase is a good fit for every customer. That's why we make the

return process as simple as possible using the eBay interface. We offer 30 days warranty on all hardware issues for this

refurbished computer. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date. Accidental damage is not covered and

all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty.  Warranty does not cover any software issues

and unauthorized repair/upgrades. A RMA number will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty. 

You can claim a refund for any computer not working properly within the first 30 days of arrival. Any missing parts or accessories

must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued minus $20USD handling and 10% restocking fee

(10% of the original price of the product). Buyers are responsible for shipping any malfunctioning items within the warranty period. All

returns require the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us using eBay message.

No System can be returned without authorization from the Canbdnet RMA Department, they will provide instructions on what

needs to be done. Item returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied with Receipt, RMA# and properly packed with

the original item.

We work towards 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, in a human operated business, human mistakes may

happen. If an issues occurs, please let us fix the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We are

Payment 

We only accept PayPal as a method of payment at the moment. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal.

We reserve the right to deny any payment if it is considered to be fraudulent or suspicious.

Payment must be received within 4 days of the date of purchase. Otherwise, if no contact has been

established, the listing will be void and non-paying bidder (NPB) reported to eBay.
